who is this call from or who are they representing and wanting money

Fake litigation company trying to get Phantom Debt...they call themselves Madison Web Litigation's (fake name, fake number) they also used 469-250-2098 before this number.  Reported them to fraud,org and they probably got that number shut down and have opened a new one.  It's a robo-call, do not answer, do not give info, and if you do answer, then have a lot of fun with them while they are being rude and threatening to arrest or sue you. They won't give you any information as to the "debt" you own because you don't owe it.  They're mainly calling numbers near the person in order to scare them into helping take care of it.

Just called this number back and got a Savannah.  Both times I called, it went right to her without any call prompts.  I immediately asked for a mailing address and she said she couldn't give me that until I confirmed who I was.  I then asked her for her website address and she said, "I don't have to give you anything. Goodbye!"  and hung up.  I have never ONCE called a real debt collector and gotten the same person twice in a row and I have REALLY never gotten a debt collector that didn't have options when you call.  These people are a scam...

This is a SCAM, from a fraudulent company that calls themselves Madison Webb. 323-244-4143  The number shows up as being from California.  I was told I had "multiple charges against me"??  They tried to tell me I took out a payday loan online in 2012, and still owe $600 that I must have forgotten to pay back... but that they could take care of that for me.  I have never taken out ANY type of loans online.  It was a little frightening though- they knew my current employer AND my bank, and my home address.  If they call you, DO NOT confirm any information.  They will get aggressive and hostile with you.  When I tried to ask them questions, they would talk over me, and start asking me other questions.  I have reported them to the FTC and filed a fraud alert, as well as contacting my bank and employer.  I would suggest doing the same if they call you... and then blocking their number.

They called my parent's house and said that I took a loan out in 2011 and that I have to appear in court and he went on to say that I worked at Arbys which I,never have in my life and I'm trying to explain to him that you have the wrong person and this suppose to be representative called me scum of the earth and a low life they hung up in my face...really real companies don't act like that

I  called them  back  any  reputable  company will answer the phone by  company name and how  can  we  direct your  call. well I  figured to have  some fun  with them . One my  wife  worked in  credit management and  knows the  law  better than the  weekend warriors.  Iasked why a  auto dialer  was  calling our  house  and the gentleman  started  screaming that  your wife owes a debt and that  four  collection companies had it  and she  avoided them . WOW  what a  dream  this  guy had  when  I asked them  how much it  was  for  they  refused to  give  a  amount said it was none of our  business.

Okay so let me  get this  right  call  from a fake  legal  company  and say  you  owe debt and  wont give you an  amount hummhhh and  then says they are  going to  arrest  her and me . Ok  well unfortunately  after I advised him that  he  was  talking to a  retired police officer and  that  I would be calling the State  Attorney  Generals office along with the Federal Trade Commission well  I got a  resounding FU from them and they  hung  up  wow  can  you  say they  have really lowered the  bar for  scam  artists.

DO NOT  GIVE THEM  ANY Information as they  do  not  have  all of  it  they  may  have  some info that   they  bought off a  website  but they  need additional  when  they  ask  you  THis  Outfit is SCAM at it's finest.

I received a call from this company called Madison and Webb stating that I owed $600 from an online loan. The manager Kevin Matthews was very rude he was screaming at me the whole time. Saying you owe this money and you need to pay it or we are going to take you to court. For a minute I really thought maybe I owe something them but when he couldn't give me any information I knew something wasnt right. This is crazy these people calling with your personal information trying to get you to pay them. I am just glad I didn't fall for it

Just like the above requests, they are fraud!  They used to call me from an auto dialer or out of state numbers. Now they have as California number ( 323) 244-4143x105. They left a voicemail from a Scott Wilson from Madison Webb and Associates too! They sound pretty convincing when they call, but every time I google one of their numbers I find out that they're fraud!  They claim I owe a payday loan from 2011?!! No name or location of where this alleged loan happened either. I'm going to report them!

they keep calling me everyday, saying they are Maddison and lawyers. i called them back and talk to a guy( btw so unprofessional) antoher hint it was an scam. he was telling me that i was being sued and that my credit card had been used for some transation. i was playing with the guy going with the flow and being sarcastic. the guy got so mad that he said "mr. ...., what you need to do is go back to your country and steal their money not ours" i said, "you just hung up your self, SCAMER! get a job and stop scamming ppl! hung up

Fake company.  They call from a variety of numbers.   Short history on 800notes.  Nobody knows where they are located.  If you call back you can usually hear some sort of call center in the background.  Ignore them.  Total scam.

Got a call from the number 323-244-4143 on my work number.  left a message stating they were Madison Web Litigations and they had important business information for me.  Blocked my number and returned the call - phone picked up and said "please hold while we transfer your call" then went on to say "the mailbox for USER USER is full, please hang up and try again later" CLEARLY this is not a real company!

I am SICK of them calling my place of business! How the hell do I get them to stop, it wasn't embarassing before but now it's getting to be!

This number has called my place of work for the last 2 days as well as my cell phone. I posted about this yesterday and then they called me today 3/4/2015.  I blocked the number from my cell phone and called.  A woman called - Brook Bayley. I asked "so what are ayou trying to scam me out of now?" immediately when she answered. She aske dme to repeat myself. I did so. Brook got immediately upset and started to get defensive. I said "What is the name of this company?" That is when she stated "Hagen and Berman and associates".  I said "funny because the company that has been leaving messages on my work and personal number is Madison Web litigations".  She then gave me a line about how they JUST merged with Madison Web. I said "wow that's magical!" She said "What is magical ma'am" I said how you all can't even remember the information you are using to scam people. Now what is your address?" The woman jept asking me my name in which I refused to give her as well as my phone number.  She got increasingly angry. I asked to be transferred to her supervisor, she put me on hold for a brief second (probably to pass the phone to the guy next to her"

A man got on the phone. I went through the same hoops with him. He said his name was Dan Powers. I asked for his address he would not give it to me. Then when I asked for it again, he said "[***] you [***] what's your name. I said I will not give him my name and that if he's trying to scam people out of their money he should be more professional. He then said "[***] you [***] don't call here again" in which i replied "Perfect that's exactly what I wanted to hear" and he hung up/

The area code is 323 which comes up as It covering, roughly, the area of central Los Angeles (including Hollywood but excluding Downtown Los Angeles and its immediately adjoining neighborhoods such as Koreatown, Echo Park, and Chinatown). 323 also includes several gateway cities of the region, including Bell and Huntington Park.

My next step is to report them to the State of California Attorney General and the FBI.

I might not be able to shut down these scum bags, but I sure as [***] will star [***] with them when they call me to piss them off even more!

dan powers Madison Webb and associates called looking for my sister in law they were completely unprofessional I told them I would not give them any information till they told me who they were he became very annoyed with me and started calling me bad names they are very rude Volger company phone number was 404 596 8068 it's a complete scam they are not who they say they are hang up don't give them any information

I JUST dealt with the Hagen And Berman Associates TODAY! Anyone experience a call from your own area code??? That's what threw me. She couldn't give me any information.

I got the SAME call from Hagen and Berman Associates today. But it even came from a number with my area code. They are getting slick.

I just called back numbers there is a message that they are Hagan and Bermanand Associates.
What did they say to you. No one was there when I called. No outstanding pay day loan or accounts. Why am I keep being harassed by all these people?
