Called my home landline yesterday, didn't answer, and they left no message.  Caller ID said Discount Center.

Called me on 11/1 at 10:14 a.m.. No message. Caller ID says "Utility Service." What a crock. Do they think we're stupid?

JERKS called my business on a Sunday and hung up on the answering machine.  Caller I.D, says UTILITY SERVCE.  Am on Do Not Call list.

Last date of caller = 11/07/2012 at 5:10 pm.
Caller ID as = "Utility Service" (323) 244-4497. Skipped call =

1.  Skipped (323) 244-4497 result per Whitepages.com =
   VoIP phone from Los Angeles, CA (no other info)

2.  I called (*82) blocking my number before I called (323) 244-4497.
   Result = recorded message stating:

  "Someone recently called you from our company to take a survey. If you
  want to remove your number, put area code 1st, then your number".

3. I did this..and then I got a recorded message stating:
  "All circuits and representatives were busy at the moment,...please call  
  again" (recorded message). I hung up.

4.  I think it is a scam or collection agency. I used to work years ago when they had govt agency and laws governing Collection Agencies. Collection Agencies will falsely say they are a bank, survey company, electric company, etc., to get confidential address, assets and income information.

5.  My purse and IDs were stolen in year 2007 in a burglarized house. Since then, I have gotten numerous collection agency calls posing as other. I paid off my creditors years ago right after the year 2007 ID thefts, so anybody claiming to call regarding my credit or credit cards, is suspect. So call could be a collection agency disguising itself; or caller as someone related to your stolen ID, or a scam to get your ID and asset infos.
