    He calls impersonating AT& T employee offering phone/internet/tv special deal, but when my mom told him to send her information by mail she never receive anything by mail. Several people reported this is a SCAM. Don’t answer!  There are a lot of different 323 phone numbers keep calling. I’ve told my mom evertime this phone show up on her landline/mobile phone Caller ID Spoofing fake AT & T. I’m just going to use the call blocking features.
