I had this company call me today telling me that they are suing me for 8000 dollars if I don't pay 300 at that moment with a credit card or prepaid debit card because supposedly I had accepted a membership and every month I wasn't making payments. I called to place an order on something I seen on TV August of 2012 later to come to find out the next day it was on sale for 20 a box for a month's worth of LE patch. I also found out I was pregnant as soon as I found out I told them that I refused the box and FedEx told me to call them back to tell them that I refused it. Now they still want to charge me I never used CC. I told them I would pay with money order and I never did since I never accepted the box. Contacted local police he said not to worry trying to scam me to scare me by saying I'm being sued and get a lawyer ready when they haven't even sent me a letter in the mail telling me that I owe a certain amount.

A lady called about a box in fedex and If I didnt pay 800 dollar by phone I will getting sue.
Its a pure scam.

Scammers.   Is there an effective way to stop these guys?  It seems like they continue to engage in this behavior since there are no consequences for them.
