This idiot calls multiple times a day.  He is too stupid to realize that his number has been permanently blocked.  Sometimes the caller ID is his name, other times it is nothing.  Either way, he can call for the next decade and will get the same response.....a dial tone

These fools have called me 14 times! in the past 6 months, at least that's what my caller ID records.  My blocker allows but one ring before it hangs up, but the calls are still annoying because they occur on Sundays, very early in the morning and often late at night.  I would love to get a hold of whomever is originating these calls and sue their [***] off.

Called landline @ 3:33 1/22/19. CID said "Steven Cozine". Don't know caller or number. Didn't answer.

this number with the name Steven Cozine has been calling my number up to 3 times a day for months and months.  Needless to say I never answer.

i blocked this number and have had 2 calls since then.   I didn't wait for identity and will probably run out of space my call blocker soon but I have no intention of answering these calls - ever!!!

It wouldn't do any good to start over. They'll just call that number too.

Caller ID said Steven Cozine.  Has repeatedly called since being blocked months ago.

I took the call. It was a woman. I asked her if she knew who Steven Cozine was. She said he was the company owner. I asked for their contractors license number and she did not have it. She told me the website for the company was familybuilders.com. I checked the website and it is a website for an adoption agency. I also looked up Steven Cozine. Nobody by that name runs a business in the state of California with a valid contractor's license. So I think they are scam artists.

This number is NOT IN SERVICE, another sure sign of fraud. Thanks John for the very useful information.  Most people here just rant or ask for the calls to stop (as if they're paying attention), which is useless!

Steve called saying I wanted him coming to  give me estimates on repairs around my house that’s a lie.
Said my number is on the do not call list &  he is breaking the law. I said then your calling a law office to get him to handup .

I get calls from this number several times a month. I never answer it and they neve rleave a message.

I could tell from the caller ID that it was not a legitimate call. I've decided to go on the offensive with these calls and I answered the phone, "Mortuary",  Caller hung up.

These [***] have called 5 times already after being blocked! So sick of it!

If you don't say "yes?" When they say "is this..." they hang up. Clearly a scam and if you say the word yes probably recorded for some charge you never authorized. I always say "who's calling?" And they immediately disconnect. Wish I could hunt them down. $75 payable,to you from them for every call that comes in like this if you're on the DNC list.
