    Spoofed number from a bogus mortgage loan company.

    The message is from a recorded voice ("Amanda") who talks as if she knows you and is just giving you a friendly call about lower interest rates available now, and she's just calling to let you know.

    She provides a different call-back number from the one on the caller ID (323-948-8633), along with a "reference number" (0163318).

    I've gotten the same recorded call from these scammers using a different number, but everything else is the same.

    I reported the supplied call-back number to the FCC & Do Not Call Registry, and not the one from the caller ID since that one is clearly spoofed.
