New scam number - called in on Sunday afternoon using a scam VoIP number...no message left and no CID - always a sure bet that the call came from a criminal.
We cannot block the entire 323 area code - it's local to us.  What we are doing now days is blocking the area code and the prefix - in this case 323 366.  All other 323 area code calls will ring right through - no calls from the 323 366 prefix/exchange can make our phones ring.

I didn't pick up they didn't leave message

Called my landline at 325pm Monday. Unrecognized number so I let my answering machine pick up. They listened to the outgoing message, were silent for about 3 seconds, then hung up. This number is not known to me so they are likely a solicitor or scammer. The caller ID said "out of area".

They called me at 3:45 today and left a message that there were government rebates for solar and window replacement, artificial turf, etc., and I should press 1 for more information. Obviously a contractor.

Robomessaging solar energy scammers. Blocked.

Called my cell phone. Left no message

Called again July 3rd at 4:54pm - possibly their last round of robocalls before the July 4th break - at least here in S. CA.  Still using a VoIP number as their CID.
Their call was blocked BEFORE they robodialed our number.  323 and 424 seem to be the latest "hot" scam robo call prefixes.  We have receive 4, 424 calls since July 1st and 3, 323 scam calls since June 30th.

7-5-18 Pre-recorded woman's voice message: "Calling to see if you need your carpets professionally steam cleaned at a great price. Right now I have steam clean up to  3 rooms for just $59.99. Our cleaning process is fast drying and 100% safe for kids or animals. And we also clean upholstery, area rugs, drapery and tile floors. I just want a chance to add you to our growing list of satisfied customers who appreciate good service at a great price. Please press 1 to make an appointment or press 2 to be removed from the list". This is the same exact pre-recorded woman's voice message as on 6/25/18 from the following spoofed numbers Toll Free 888-964-9276 and on 6/26/18 Toll Free 323-552-1236.and also on 6/26/18 Wireless Caller 323-552-1236

Unfamiliar number, no message. Blocked.

Called landline. Didn't answer call from unfamiliar number. No message left.

Called back when they didn't leave a message - Tones...we're sorry, you've reached a number which has been disconnected or is no longer in service. Blah, blah, blah, block!

Did not dial through blocker challenge.  No rings.  No msg left.  Multiple calls on the same day.  Now added to blacklist.
