Caller did not leave message....probably telemarketer?  I tried ringing back but got a busy signal.  Don't answer this number!!

Caller did not leave any voicemail. When I called it back out of curiosity later it was busy signal.

Don't bother. Block the call and you won't get another call from that number. You can block any number of callers on your cell phone. We bought a call blocker that blocks 1200 numbers on the land line. So far we've got 50 on the white list and 150 on the black list.

SCAMMER. Blocked them. Callbacks to their number are blocked so don't bother.

Asked for Kimberly.  I said wrong number, and they said no message; will try back later.  Why try back a wrong number later?  Mighty strange.  Sounds suspicious to me.
