SCAM! Never trust these people. I rather set my house on fire before trusting these people.

For a second time this month an unnamed locksmith in Los Angeles County tried to exploit 800Notes as a spam platform. In the past hour, six new forum threads were slapped up within six minutes to promote this cowardly business. I think I'll be forgiven if I answer a retread with my own repeated comments.

It was discount SEO at its worst, dumping this a/c 323 phone number, the locale, and various search engine bait terms into similar posts.

A peek at business phone directories shows multiple lookalike listings for a locksmith using this phone number and a couple others. Those listings also fail to provide a business name, unless its owner thinks that a short list of emergency services counts as a name.

While a spam run like this could always be the work of a rival business or a troll, or else a very stupid choice of "web presence" guru, the lack of transparency from the business in question suggests an owner who really doesn't care how he attracts his customers or what rules are broken.

Or he's really desperate for business. Since his business is failing / going out of business.
