This number keeps calling and then hang up

just go call from this same number on my cell. i didn't check if their was a message. i just turned it off

Caller ID says California and it was dead air and then all of a sudden "Good Bye".  Hopefully they mean it and don't call back.

they  called for my cell phone, which I give to no one, then asked for me full name, then asked if anyone in my family had diabetes. I asked twice who it was. they kept saying Yolanda, and some organization I never heard of. when I asked where they got my number, they hung up

Dead air and beep

Just got this call (woke up the baby - THANKS!); she gave her name (long, Hispanic, otherwise unintelligible) and did NOT say what organization she represented, then asked to confirm if someone in the house is diabetic.

YEP, I am, but I decided they didn't have the right to ask that without stating first why they ought to be privy to that info, so I hung up without replying.  We're also on the DNC, but I guess that doesn't apply to non-profits and people they haven't caught yet.

Waiting for the even more inconveniently timed callbacks.....

caller ID reads California and they call about 5 PM and never leave a message

I answered and I heard "goodbye" in an automated voice.

pressing 8 but yet no spaceship to blow us up yet ill push it again

they call  wont say  anything  then i  say will report a  man says  im  doing my homework and my  phone started ringing  then a  woman  says  hello  hello  my phone just  started  ringing  sounds scammy  enough to  me  i  dont  know  what  they  are  trying  to  achieve!

just got a call from this number.  Garbled [***] on the other end.  Hung up....

I get a call from this number several times a week.  No one answers, then someone says goodbye and hangs up.  It is a nuisance.

I got a call from this number and had silence for about a minute the goodbye.  Had a number V08111327430712 on caller ID in addition to the number.  Also, on the DTC list.

I answered the phone and heard a beep and then a computer generated voice said goodbye.

I received a call from this number this morning. There was no one there for a few seconds, then a woman's voice finally said GOODBYE...and I was disconnected.
Very strange - these types of calls make me feel like someone is trying to keep me on my phone with an open line for a specific time so they can grab my phone line/signal for some sort of scam.
I usually hang up immediately if someone doesn't reply right away when I answer the phone.

323-474-0371 is a scam phone number, the people calling are scammers do not trust them, they call all the time at my house and they are annoying....!!!

323-474-0371 called me and then just listened to me, then a voice said "Good Bye" this is some kind of scam from what I have been reading about online.

The number called me again today, 323-474-0371 just said Goodbye, after listening to me
