Received a call from this number At 7:15 pm tonight.  Since I did not recognize the number,  I did not answer.  I checked this site to confirm it was a problem call and then blocked the number.  This is how I handle unwanted and nuisance calls!!

Just received my third scam call today...blocked!

Call came in with a VOIP phone number - no CID - blocked the call as the phone was still ringing.

Called. No message left. Most definitely SPAM.

These idiots don't know when to stop!!!! Blocked!!!

Called about 11:30am, but I did not answer since I didn't recognize the number. No message left, so I blocked it.

I received the same call. I have an app. on my phone that identifies possible spam calls. The caller id says the call is coming from Police Boiler Room.

calls repeatedly, never leaves a mesg just hangs up .  so much for the do not call list

The DNC list works perfectly fine with legitimate telemarketers but scammers ignore it.

You can have pests eventually add your name to their no call list. Try not answering unknown callers in any way if you can and see what happens. With time, you can drastically cut back on the volume of junk calls you get.

Called, answered, and hang up.  I blocked the number.

I usually don't answer calls from #'s I don't recognize,  but I was expecting a call from a service repair co that was supposed to coming out for an appointment. They caller asked for the head of household. I asked who was calling and He proceeded to explain to me that the call was from an organization raising funds for veterans. He asked if I would make a donation. I support my veterans,  so I said sure, what's the min donation amount. He said $15. I was already cautious about the call to begin with, now I got red flags and sirens going off. He put me on hold so I could talk to the billing dept. Since when do fundraisers have a billing dept? He goes on to ask how I will be paying for this, check account,  debit or credit. I tell him I don't give they info over the phone and to send me something in the mail. He agrees. But explains that my donation needs to be received within 2 weeks of receiving the package. This just sounds so shady. I can't wait to see what arrives in the mail. I'll post again when it comes.

Called and never spoke, then hung up.  Call backs to number always busy.

Did not recognize caller's number, let it ring.  Caller did not leave voicemail, so blocked this number.

yeah I got a call from this phone number. I didn't pick it up and I don't care who it is but I hope the get a boil in their ass tomorrow or sooner. :)

Quit calling and not respond

A call where he asks for "Sam", and I identify myself (I'm not Sam), and "He" says, "Well maybe you can help me...I'm with the Firefighters' Association..." some fundraiser BS they're not authorized to robocall anyone about. I asked him in the middle of his sentence, "What's 2+2?" He said, "What was that?" I repeated the question. He laughed, "Ha ha ha ha ha..." and then hung up.
