Aaargh, they keep calling.  I ask them to take me off their call list - they say they will...  But they continue to call.

These people are harassing scammers, they are liars, and their automated trading system is junk.

If you get a call from CTI, waste their time a bit, spin their wheels, act like you're really interested.  Then once you have wasted as much time as you can tell them to p!ss up a flagpole.

CTI does not respect the do not call registry. They continue to call when you ask them not to. I pray that CTI goes bankrupt and all their outbound telemarketers have horrible lives.

Oh yeah, sometimes CTI calls and they don't say anything - morons.

BTW, the last CTI joker I spoke with said they achieve consistent 20%+ returns per MONTH with their S&P auto-trader.  

If they really had the ability to consistently deliver those kinds of returns then why do they need outside investors?  With that kind of return, CTI management could simply invest with their own money and make tens of millions - all for themselves.

Instead they want to share their insanely profitable system with people they cold call out of the phone book?  Doesn't make any sense.

I receive calls everyday from CTI. When I answer they hang up. If it goes to the answering machine they also hang up. What a waste of time.Would this be called intimidation?

It happens only on Android phones as far as I know.

Please note:  my number is 323-5459... with an area code from Texas.  I imagine getting repeated calls from 323 55-9528 must be infuriating... and... please remember to redial the area code when/if you call back.  I've heard from a VERY irate man who did NOT believe me when I told him that it was not I who was calling him repeatedly... I actually have MANY more important things to do than make prank phone calls, and I just happen to have a number that is similar to this number.  I have a different area code.

CTI is Collections Technology Inc. a debt collections company...not telemarketer as shown in so many of the messages here.

Called and stated my name then hung up.

Not sure if this web site is legit. Call a lawyer in your area. They say some will take the case for free the debt collector has to pay. Depending on the attorney.

Call your congressman, he made it legal to get repeated harrassing calls from collectors you do not owe. Let him know what you think of that. If you do not speak up no one will.

Also unenforceable telemarker calls. They are legal from outside of the USA. Thanks Mr. congressman for making my life miserable.

CTI calls acting as tho they're are selling stock, but will only speak to my husband -- not me. As if we would invest with anyone who won't include me on the call. We also get lots of calls that say "Unavailable" and there's no one there. They keep calling after being asked to remove your name from the list.
