Again: SCAM ARTISTS at the contact # 323-570-4065. Don't trust a word they say, they're just words, no matter how threatening they sound. If they actually do press charges against you for a loan that you never received, you can turn around and (depending on the state you live in, see your specific state regulations regarding this) but in my state if they actually do press charges for something fake, I can turn around and sue them for filing an erroneous claim, etc. And I'm sure they KNOW this and therefore is why they won't actually press charges, they're just lying to scare you into giving them money that you never borrowed in the first place.

Best thing you can do is change your accounts and notify your bank of the scam and you will hold them liable for any more transactions with this entity

Filing chapter 13 bankruptcy is the a form of Banktruptcy where the debtor gets to keep assetts, such as real property, and make monthly payments toward their debts. This is common if a creditor is being difficult and won't personally work out a monthly payment plan with the debtor, then the debtor is forced to file for bankruptcy protection. Bankruptcy helps protect the debtor from losing their valuable assets while in the meantime, the debtors income goes toward paying of the creditors each month through monthly payments that are structured through the court. So if Leslie filed chapter 13, that means, those debts are definately being paid because it's structured and regulated through the court. Just like Donald Trumps debts were structured and regulated through the court as well as Toni Braxton. People hear the word "bankruptcy" and assume that means the debtor is broke. If anything, if a debtor doesn't have any money at all, they wouldn't qualify for chapter 13 bankruptcy. So someone who qualifies for chapter 13, definately has a steady source of income each month that they have to prove through their filed taxes and bank statements in order for the judge to grant the debtor the opportunity to pay their debts through chapter 13.

If anything, the debtor pays more in the end because of legal fees, court costs, etc. The creditors all get their money in the end.

Anyway, these people have been calling me all day because of a pay day loan I got a while back, which I've paid in full. They tried to threaten me with legal action and then I informed them that I'm an attorney and what their doing is financial fraud because my loan was NOT through them. I paid my creditors back directly long ago and they need to stop calling me or I will have their phone traced and start legal action against them. After I informed them of that, they hung up on me. Now that I attempt to call them back to get their office address and company name, they won't pick up when I call. I have much bigger things to deal with so I figured I'd search their number on the web and saw this site so wanted to post a scam warning against these people.

Don't trust anyone who calls from this number, what they're doing is financial fraud and these people are scam artists.

I've reported them, however, the federal authorities won't act upon one person filing a report, there needs to be several reports in order for them to move forward and actually investigate and hold these people accountable for their actions.

They called me stating that I owe money and when I asked who is it that I owe money to, they told me that they don't have prove anything to me that if I don't pay, then they will have the cops knocking on my door with an arrest warrant. They even stated out loud my full name, social, birthdate, home address and work info. Who are these people, how did they get "all" of my personal info. and is it true that they don't have to tell me who it is I borrowed money from? It seems soooooo shady that they won't tell me who it is that is their client I owe money to and they've confirmed that they have all of my personal info and stating that they can go to the court house tomorrow and get legal action started against me ASAP. Something doesn't seem right about this at all.

This person is obviously from Pakistan or India...said I had a lawsuit filed against me...and I needed a attorney...asked for my social security number...after a few choice words and him talking over what I had to say...and also calling me at 6:30 in the morning...told him absolutely not giving out any information...asked for his supervisor...said he was the supervisor...and advised me to wait ont he porch for the police to show up today to take me to jail...Ha...what a scam...

Now they're calling me from the number 818-666-1697, the same guy has the same voice as the person who called me from 323-570-4065 and they're saying the same exact thing as the "same voiced" person who called me from 323-570-4065. I guess the number 323-570-4065 is too "hot" now so they've gotten a new number. When I looked up the number, it's a magic jack number. So someone who gets an internet number can choose any area code they want. There should be a rule that someone has to prove they live in a particular city and state in order to get a number with that area code. Getting an internet number with any area code you want is too easy for scam artists to obtain and run scams on people by switching up their contact #.

They call me and say I have a loan. I never get loan because when I apply they said that they can't approve me for a pay day loan because I don't have direct deposit from my employer. Now two weeks later, I get a call from 323-570-4065 saying that I need to pay back a loan they gave me. I told them that pay day loan denied my application because I dont' have direct deposit. If I never got a loan, that means there's no money to pay back if I never got a loan that means I don't owe them any debt. They tell me if I don't pay $300 that they will file legal charges against me and the police will come knock on my door tomorrow. Well, first off, it's the weekend and if they file legal charges against me on Monday, the police are not going to come here on the same day a lawsuit is filed. Also, the legal process in the town I live in, the person who will serve me is a process server, not the police. This is such a total scam, they're verbally pretending as if the police will come to get me as a way to threaten me into paying a bogus loan I never got. What a scam.

I just started having the exact same people calling me yesterday. From the same number saying there are charges brought out on me and I will go to jail if I don't pay them.I couldn't hardly understand their accent..I hung up on them they called back and I ignored their call ..I haven't heard anything else from them and no cops at my door lol .. I called the police and they said that I don't have any charges against me. They are nothing but a scam.

323-570-4065 is the number said the attorneys name is max gamble.. I cannot find an attorney on file by that name???

Reporting them isn't going to do any good as they are an illegal operation (fly-by-night) and are very hard to track down let alone to prosecute them If you want to persue you'll have to start recording the calls as evidence  times, dates and number of calls and the numbers they call from.  Chances are they aren't even in this country and that makes it even harder to track

This person is harrassing me with phone calls!!!!

Just got a vm from guy with Indian accent. He asked for a Jason who we don't even know.  Also threatening lawsuit, etc.  I called the # back and blocked the call and muted the phone.  The guy got pissed and called me a dumbass!   We've been getting calls from many companies lately asking for a Jason. Appears this Jason guy filled out an application online and for health or auto insurance and gave his social. This company must have got our phone number that way!!!

A man identifying himself as an attorney said that I have 3 lawsuits filed against me to go to court the next day.  Wants money to stop the court appearance.  FAT CHANCE!!  He has a heavy Indian accent and highly irate when I told him to stop harassing me and he was not really an attorney but a scam.  It was extremely hard to understand what he was saying and he would not tell me the name of the law firm.   He kept calling me back each time I hung up.  I am going to have to change my number to get rid of these unwelcome and irritating calls.  I am terminally ill and don't have time for this nonsense.  I truly hope that these ingrates will get justice and I don't mean that in a good way.

These people called my house today with that. Same BS. The funny thing is that I did recently aied foR a LOan & I am prettysure that they got me information from doing so. I cussed him out & they said that they wanted. $657.00 fRom me. They are tripping. They also made most of the Same exact comments that were listed in these similar complaints.
