David Miller just called and left a message here about a "legal mess" I could be in.  And then he ended the message by telling me to have a blessed day.  Yep--that sounds totally legitimate coming from a government agency.

Same as Jim. I will ignore.

Received the same message but the caller was a "Lisa Davis" with a very clear foreign accent!
Just ignore the call.

The guy said he's from the US Treasury.  Ignore this.

Same thing said I'm going to jail and do 6 months he wanted bank account number and cash ASAP so if u read this call your local police they will no about this situation

Couldn't understand the caller - same type call content - legal problems, call back immediately etc

I got the same call, the best thing to do is to ignore it.....

Rec'd a call this morning (6/8) from a female giving her name as 'Lisa Davis' [w/ a heavy accent] ....
claiming she was calling from the Dept. of Legal Affairs - US Treasury.    The individual she wanted to speak with wasn't available (anyway).    Said to tell them it was an emergency and to callback right away.

Foreign guy says his name is John Davenport.

I received  a phone message today from this number and message. The guy name was Kevin Green  from Dept. Of legal affair. There was a legal action against my name. If I was too busy to return the call to have my attorney call.

Call from Terry Morris regarding legal action against me and the IRS.  Said I need an attorney.  I said I will have my brother call him he is my attorney.

This so obviously is a phone scam. Too bad the person threatening legal action and arrest can't  pronounce my name and is nearly impossible to understand. As soon as I told him to go ahead and send the police, he hung up.

These [***] thought they could scam me! I called them back and exposed them, I got a police report and everything.. Including a voice recording in which I confronted him (KIT NELSON) about the scam he laughed, told me to suck his [***] and hung up on me.. THEN HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER. SO TODAY I TOOK THE DAY OFF TO CALL HIM ALL DAY FROM ALL DIFFRENT NUMBERS.. HE F****D WITH THE RIGHT ONE!

IRS gonna file suit.  Sounded like a robo dial to me.

Some guy with an Indian accent, Mark Johnson, (yea right) calls up looking for my wife, asking for her by name...He said he is from the IRS and he his calling for Officer Jack Wilson... and he needed to talk to her about some IRS matters... I have tried calling 3 times 3 days in a row... left 3 messages and I haven't heard back from them... I am figuring it is a scam... Next stop is calling my local FBI office... time to do a little scam artist bar-b-que

David Miller called at 3:43p.m. today. He said that there is a legal action pending under my name. Wanted me to call him back at 323-570-4743. Caller I'd showed private caller. Good luck waiting for me to call back.

Caller asking to call about something in legal affairs yada yada yada. Deleted message and blocked number, silly scammers.

revieved a call from a Danny Morrison yesterday about some legal issues and I would be arrested if I didn't come up with the money. This is some crap that people are able to get away with this [***]. I hope they get caught.
