They have been emailing me and advising they are renewing my "medical reminder plan" for $89.00/mo. based on a trial period I used for free. I have no idea where they plan to snatch that amount from, but I will be monitoring carefully. I hope they catch a rash in a place they can't scratch. I'm supposed to reply to Med-Service at sales@circusherald.com. Yeah, right.

Same thing going on as Rapid Robert's review.  I don't do the medical system at all so I know this is a scam. The email came from gaqahamypogi@vija-tech.si.  Doesn't really match up.  LOL

This is one of three numbers that is being used as a callback for a medical billing scam.
The emails come from random exploited sources, all making the same claim that a free trial has ended and billing will automatically begin at the rate of $89.99/mo to the customer's credit card.  The numbers given so far are:

At the very least, this is a phishing scam and probably coupled with out-and-out fraud. You are NOT subscribed to anything. There is no service to unsubscribe from.

If you entered any personal or financial info in the process of trying to unsubscribe, you need to notify your bank/cc company that crooks have your billing info and that fraudulent charges may be submitted.  Looks like you are in for more scam emails and calls, as well as some ID Theft.

I called the number, someone answered, and even was able to find my email by the customer number in the email, but then claimed I'd have to go on the website and "log in" in order to cancel my "subscription" that I don't have, refused to remove me, and eventually hung up on me.  The emails keep coming in, but at least gmail is smart enough to dump them into SPAM and I refuse to give them a shred of information obviously.  I did tell the guy that if he didn't stop sending me emails I'd call them back every day until they stop, so we'll see how that goes ;-)

The same thing has happened to me!  I have no idea what this is for.  Telephone number to cancel doesn't work.  Watching my credit card too and will close it immediately.  Never signed up for this service.

That address: 5901 W Century Blvd #750 is a virtual office. Nobody actually works at that address. They pay for virtual space so they have a business address and can use shared comminication resources: telephone, email, etc. The owners of the address should be made aware that there are scammers operating from that address... but my guess is, they don't care. They likely know exactly the kinds of "businesses" they rent to. As long as they get their monthly payment.

I got the same email message.  I'm reporting it to the California AG's office and to the USG's antifraud service.

They call me all day everyday. Blocked but they keep coming back. I even answered one time and told them I'm not interested in their medical insurance and to stop calling.
