This is a scam caller asking for donations to the Police Benevolent Society.   He kept talking and wouldn't let us get in a word to say we weren't interested, so we hung up.  Usually this scam asks people to buy tickets for underprivilged children to attend the circus.  The callers are always unable to tell you when and where the circus is.

Finally after many times of no one being on the other end, I finally got someone on the line and they swore to take my number off list.  I keep getting calls.

Caller ID has LSan DA 09 CA.  Nobody there when answered, thus another robocall.  Just leave the phone line open to slow the operation down.

SCAM! Call your loca Police and file a report! Shame on people taking advantage of Officers and there Family's!

Received call from Lsan DA 09 CA. Did not answer phone, no message left, have had several calls. Thought it may be a scam.

This number has called several times, never leaves a message just like all other scum-sucking, bottom-feeding telemarketers. I have a new Panasonic phone that I can program numbers like this into, and it blocks them after the first ring. I love it! When I hear one ring on my phone, I know another  [***] has been blocked.

Unfortunately, your local police have no jurisdiction in complaints like this and they can and will take no action. If it is indeed a fraudulent or criminal call it falls within the jurisdiction of the U.S. government to take enforcement action. Good luck with that! (He said sarcastically)

When I pick up there is nobody there.  During the last month I have had so many calls from four different numbers with nobody on the line.  This is harrassment!
