Believe all these different numbers are in some way related to the scum bags that use them.
There are weeks that go by without all the crap calls and then weeks where in a day receive numberous calls.
At times I answer the calls and other times not............all crap either way!!!- Caller: Unknown
- DebAIgnored since I did not recognize the number.

- MickeyWithout question, it's a scammer trying to either get you to invest in solar for your house and convert your existing heating to solar OR a contractor company telling you they're doing repairs in the neighborhood and they state your address and other info. Hate to give away my best secret on this, but we're all in this together....just tell them something that implies that you're in the process of selling your home or that you're in foreclosure or that you are a renter because no one in any of those situations would invest any money into their home now. It may remove you from their list. Something along the lines of "I rent here. The owner lives in Spain so I don't have any control over that stuff." "My house is in foreclosure so I'm definitely not putting another penny into this."
- Caller: Either Solar Co. or Contractor

- mars323-775-6550: they called my cell phone number that ive had for 8 years now and asked for jeremy fuller. i said you have the wrong number and she was like are you mrs fuller?. i said no you have the wrong number. She then said "yeah right, ur mrs fuller." and hung up! ooo i wanted to slap a hoe!
- CU(323)775-6550 has called a few times with no message. Tonight I picked up and a man asked for me by name. When I asked who was calling, he said "Steve Stone" when I stil wouldn't confirm my name, he hung up.
- CrystalHe called my cell phone. He says "god afternoon, how are you doing today..." I said helllooo, like I hadn't heard him. He starts speaking very fast and says "I'm calling from (something something) home repair and you've been selected to receive 45% off" and I interrupted and said this is a cell phone and I'm a child (I'm not but sound like it) and I need you to review us from your list he rudely replied "I'm not going to do that" and I hung up.
- Traci McAllisterThe caller ID gave this number but not who was calling. I answered and no one said anything. I hung up. I've gotten these calls from this caller and other callers many times. I am on the do not call list. It hasn't done a thing but maybe INCREASE the number of telemarketers calling me.

- SplendaWireless caller. I picked up & a very aggressive woman answered. She knew my full name. I knew she represented some marketing company. I immediately told her I wasn't interested. She persisted to speak. I cut her off by telling her not to call me again. Her reply? "YES, I WILL." Need to find a way to report this company, invasion of home privacy...

- jj| 1 replyGot the call @9:15 am I've heard some companies can sell a 'live' number to other companies IF YOU ANSWER which just starts the circle again. I grab my glasses and check the number 1st, most will say 1-800, Services, or part of their business name. They can call several numbers at a time and if someone else picks up, your call stays blank, if you redial they still might be able to tell you have a live number. Look up the numbers like you did here before you call back, or write them down so you know not to pick up, but it's hard when kids are in the family. Most are recordings and say click #2 to be taken off their list, that never works and if you click #1 for the live person to tell them to take off list they are rude or hange up or they say they don't have a list and just call from yellow pages.Don't forget 'the do not call list' does not prohibit non profit organizations or re-election type calls so you will still get a million of those. What happened to the 'after 3 warnings they can be sued'? I heard people were winning suits and $, now you never hear of it? If people would NOT BUY ANYTHING from door tags or from phone callers maybe this form of advertising will stop. They have an answer for every comment but the few times I used to speak to them They would ask 'would you like to buy new house windows'? I said no but would you like to buy my 1976 Ford RV I have for sale? 17 feet, Runs great! 2000.00 and one person was stumped for words then said yes I really would like to buy that but I'm in another state! So if you must talk to them try selling somethng you have! We sell a lot of Craigs List items so I hate to miss phone calls, since some do call from out of the area but most need to be local. The phone company gives you a hard time to have certain numbers unable to call you or sometimes have fees for blocking, maybe we should all have cells where it speaks to you the number and whos calling so you don't have to drop what you're doing and run. Most only let it ring 3 times so make sure your friends and family know to let it ring longer. Learn the menu on your phone to check back calls. AND STOP BUYING ANYTHING FROM ANYBODY THAT APPROCHES YOU and maybe we can get this stopped. Don't even buy from those people that look young selling candy bars at gas stations, banks and grocery stores for a dollar. It is a multi million dollar business that doesn't have to pay taxes and everyone thinks it's for schools when they send these young looking people out from LA and and picks them back up. If they won't leave tell the business that you won't shop there if you have to have people lingering around as you approch their company or near your ATM etc. Do you think they pay for a business license, taxes, rent and fees like the big chains or mom and pop stores? Good Luck!
