Just received a message from Katie at Accurate Location Services in which she states someone may be filing a civil case against me. I didn’t return the phone call. Instead I researched and discovered it is a scam.

Got a call from 323-952-8032.

Called with threats. I just got the number last week  so they must have been looking for an old number holder, not me.

Same crap again...got a call from them saying if I don't verify my information they'll send uniformed officers to my home to serve me with lawsuit papers! Scam

I just got the same call too at 5:03pm from the same number.

just got a call from 323-952-8032 telling me there was a civil complaint from a policie officer and I was going to be served with a summons to appear in court, pretty sketchy cause I have done nothing wrong, don't know how but they had my ss number.  They told me to call HP Financial at 855-532-4572 with a case number I did not this has got to be a scam.  If it is not why have I not been served with anything. BEWARE

I had noticed missed calls from this number. They also called about a civil case and was very secretive about the information. I called the 855-532-4572 number back with this mysterious case number and she said they are attempting to collect a debt from 97 from a company named GE?! I was like chic I was a sophomore in college in 97! She quickly hung up and said I will report to fraud department! What? They had the last 4 digits of my social. Perhaps some old debt collection companies sell our info so that they can scam people who are afraid and then ask for moneny over the phone!

I had a call two days ago and a lady politely asked for a Mrs. ________, I told her no such person lived at this address, she said sorry and that they would not call again. (She hung up before I could ask for any info.) Today, I was called again and this time a woman told me that a uniformed officer would be handing over a court summons to a Mrs. ________, THIS time I asked "Mrs. who?",  and the B**** hung up!

Got several calls from this number and they were asking for somebody I didn't know. I told them plenty of times they had the wrong number but they continued to call... Finally blocked their number.

Got a threatening call on my cell which I did not respond to....same civil suite blahblahblah. The message said Highland financial. Funny number they called is a new cell phone number (work cell none the less) and on no call list. IS A SCAM.

Yup, same here. They have personal info and are threatening to send officers to my house. We told them to send them right over and they said the officer would be over at 6pm. No one ever showed.

I actually called the HP Financial number and asked for something proving their legitimacy and the lady that answered said they aren't registered with them and also aren't required to be. She said it costs thousands of dollars to register and all the BBB is is just a glorified Yelp. She wouldn't give me a physical address due to "security purposes". This woman was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me she was the floor manager and that is the highest I'm allowed to speak to. Then she said the only person above her are the companies attorneys.

the lady was rude talking about a sprint bill from 2001 I don't know anything about it
