Yet another CoS number blocked.  We don't give to cults.

Its the Cult of Scientology alright, and I don't give to cults either.

they have a lot of numbers. Very annoying but I block every single one.

I keep getting voicemail s from this # & it's always been Scientology "church", looking for "Hilton" & leaves a different # to return her call. Finally, the last VM was the same, except asking someone call her back if it is not "Hiltons" #...
I wrote that down & when I find where I wrote it I will call her to let her know.
But after over a month, one would think she/they got the hint.

Church of scientology... they track you.every where you go.. find relatives... sent texts... keep calling, even when you have told them to take you off their lists. I keep blocking numbers but they use new ones... creepy!

Tired of these calls?  Here's my plan to "give back".  All you need is a computer with a fax modem.  USB fax modems are available from Amazon for less than $20.  Then let your computer return some of these calls.

Simply create a document in a word processor and then print it to your fax queue.  You will be asked what number the fax modem should call.   Make the document at least 20 pages long.  You can generate an empty 20 page document by simply adding 19 page breaks.  If you have a message you would like to send, insert it between the page breaks.  This document will work for any phone number but your message will only be seen if you send it to another fax machine.  The sci-freak headquarter's fax number is 1-323-960-3508.  You will probably want to send several copies of your document.

But don't stop there.  You can also send this fax to a non-fax phone number.  Queue up a lot of copies of your document to the other numbers listed below.  Your fax modem will just keep dialing the numbers over and over and over.  Sound familiar?

I keep getting calls from COS for my sister-in-law.  She does not live with us, we have advised, and they will not stop calling.

I have an unlisted telephone number and a few years ago put my phone number on the FCC “Do Not Call” (DNC) list. Soon after this I started getting 5 to 10 calls a day from telemarketers/scammers. I also discovered the FCC is clueless or helpless on how to enforce the list. After doing some research and reading the 800notes comments I discovered why. The telemarketers actually use this same list to call us!!! They realize the FCC will not, or cannot, stop the calls so why not use the list? The head of the FCC in charge of enforcing the list is Thomas Edgar Wheeler. Before his FCC position Mr. Wheeler worked as a lobbyist for the cable and wireless industry. He was appointed by President Obama to run the agency in 2013. Many people at the time expressed concern over Wheeler for the position due to his history of lobbying for industry. So don’t question why you are getting these annoying calls as long as Mr. Wheeler is in charge of enforcing the list. If you are really unhappy with the annoying calls then write to your congressman, senators, news agencies, 60 minutes, etc. and let's get rid of Mr. Wheeler another do nothing, worthless, government employee.
