    Well ... lets look a little deeper.
    The website states its purpose is to develop leads for sales organizations (or something like that)
    The website you mentioned was created on 6/3/2014.  Wow, it certainly is a well-established site, isn't it?
    The Domain Name for that site expires on 6/3/2015,so I guess the creator did not have much faith in the success of the venture.

    AND, if anybody calls back that number, they merely confirm that the number is "live", and will probably be sold to one of the sales organizations.
