I answered the phone to hear a thick accent saying, "Hello?" I said "Hello" and this was repeated back & forth three times when I just hung up.  He called back immediately and asked for me by my first name. (I could hear other voices in the background making calls). I asked who he was and he said he was the Reverend.  He asked if I had his phone # and I said I did not as it came up "Out of Area".  He asked me to write down the number, which I did.  I asked where he was calling from and he said Ghana.  I asked what church and he said "Haven Gate" (I think he meant Heaven but that's how he spelled it). I asked what he wanted and he said I needed to call him back at this # and he would explain.  I told him I wasn't calling out of the country and since he was on the phone now he needed to tell me what he wanted.  He hung up at that point.
