i keep getting calls from this number and they ask about my friend, when i ask what is this about they say its personal and hangup the phone. how do i take my phone number out of their system.

a call from "ACCOUNT CONTROL" (trigger spooky music!).  Never answered it and from the comments by John, I doubt if I would.

Abby from ACT or Account Control Technology.  looking for one of my employees.  It's a collection agency.  At least she was nice when I told her that she has to call the employee and can't call the employer any more.

As I previous said you will probably have to send them a letter on a company letterhead.
