It has come to my attention you are the holding company of DCS. A collection agency involved with Phone Harassment in the US. From San Angelo Texas Location.  I urge you to get the management under control before you encounter a Major Class Action Lawsuit and an expensive complaint to the FCC.!!

The last complaint I filed with the FCC cost AT&T $20 Million!!

Question about telephone calls. I keep getting calls from area code 325 by DCS a collection Agency in San Angelo TX.I talked with the Mgt. Asked them to stop calling. Today again I get a call talked with the guy asked to speak with management.He said I have a right to call anyone. I said to him do you want to prove that point in a court of law. “My Lawyer is hungry can he have you for lunch?”

They have been calling me everyday since Jul 2008!.
 Now today something really STRANGE!!!

After the callback I get another call unknown phone number. Next on my phone and on the Telephone Records The entire Telephone Transaction Log is ERASED!!!!

Who is powerful enough to get into the Telephone System and erase telephone logs? The Government Police or Federal Agencies? AmDocs with the Billing System?  Gangsters running operations within the Phone Company or the Mossad.?
 
The guy did this after I reminded him to remove my phone from the list. I told him My lawyer would like to have him for lunch. He said “We can do what we want” I said “Would you like to challenge this viewpoint in a court of law?”

He then did something after the phone call to erase the telephone transactions  Off of my cell phone and off of the telephone logs of the phone company!!!.

It is now as if the phone transaction did not occur!!

Anybody have information on who is this Company DCS out of San Angelo Texas? They appear to be a collection agency. Looks like a front for something else with Ability to modify telecommunications records.

The first call will show the actual phone number and then an unknown phone call comes Next that erases the entire telephone records!!!

Another strange event in August took a trip to San Francisco , Drove to Lake Tahoe. I get another one of these calls here. I  see a guy near me in a hotel. Talking on the Phone said This is the last place the guy is now seen. Someone can come Lake Tahoe and then disappear.  Later took a boat trip on the Lake here again DCS from San Angelo Texas calls again.  Next day take a hike up to a mountain top again  DCS calls me again in the middle of the Forest. Seem like the calls are used to Track my locations. They claim they are a collection agency looking for some deadbeats. At this point I do not buy it!!

eg. 325-224-6126 look for 325-224-xxxx numbers used many different numbers in the  last four digits. This is one of the phone numbers that has called me a lot!!
 
The Management of DCS is out of Control I urge you to deal with them prior to having To Encounter a  Major Class Action Lawsuit.!!!

sounds like paranoia to me. maybe you should pay your bills and you wouldn't have to worry about these calls.

And maybe you should get ripped off by a system designed to create debt on the backs of middle-class/low income people, just so you can have a job harassing them when they can't repay (the system you're part of is a business model designed to trap un-educated/ignorant people into a cycle of debt with the expectation that they can't repay so that another layer of debt can be added-- collections!), you f***ING presumptuous low life.

In fact, I hereby curse you with the same.  I think you need a taste of what well-meaning, well-intentioned honest people are put through when they realize that at the end of it all, there's no American Dream for them, and that it was all just a scam to get their student loan money, and that the government sanctions this business model as 'privatized education' in the 'for profit' column of its taxable income ledger.

A fair debt deserves to be repaid, and is done so dutifully, with the full respect of its measure and to its end.  But this crap, the kind of company you work for, as part of a system for the fleecing of the poor (with the promise of success, no less...bunch of liars and snake-oil salesmen) is not worthy of one moment of regret, remorse, or doubt in one's character, or one red cent (!).

So, the masses get ripped off; the government colludes with them (to keep the corporate tax base rolling in!) and you get a job bereft of any redeeming noble qualities, requiring less than basic skills.  Well why not?  It's just good business to draw from the same labor pool as the victims.

If you had a conscience, which I'm sure has been brain-washed right out of your silly little screwed up value system, you'd quit working there and find a respectable form of employment.  I'd sooner be a used-car salesman on Craig's List rather than fall to such depths as you have.  I'm sure the irony of your position and the people you're harassing is lost on you.

first off,I don't work there and second, you curse me! How cute is that! If you take out a loan, you are supposed to repay, those are the rules from the lender, no one else and certainly not bill collectors. You are right, a fair debt does deserve to be repaid. There are a lot of well meaning and honest people out there that still owe money, that doesn't make them bad people, and there are some collectors that are not all bad and can certainly help these well meaning and honest people repay something they thought was impossible. So before you judge, or "curse", stand back and take a look at the big picture. Just because you get a call from a bill collector, doesn't mean you will be harassed into paying, there are other options,if you are willing to listen, if not then that is on you.
