I received 2 calls with in 8 minutes of eachother, no message ?

This is a collection agency, they called about my student loans.  The person that I spoke with was very friendly.  

I take back my last post.  After speaking with someone who was very friendly, I was transferred to a supervisor who was out of control and ridiculous.  She actually started yelling at me over the phone and told me that I was a failure because I couldn't pay a ridiculous amount each month.  Even though I gave an amount that I could they refused to accept it since it wasn't there extreme monthly payment.  

Then you don't have to pay. ;D
