They called a family member of mine incessantly, but would not divulge any information.  Finally, my family member got them to give him a phone number to reach them. My family member was not going to give them any information without receiving any; we have been victims of account theft several times.  I called the number and was greeted derisively by "Michelle".  At first Michelle refused to even say who she was affiliated with, etc.  I finally was told that she is with ACP, and that she has "sensitive information".  I told her that if she couldn't even tell me what "ACP" stood for then I couldn't help her, and hung up.

i accidently opened up information for the previous owner of my home and called a # to let them know what i had done. This man has not lived here for 9 years! They got a hold of my # and repeatedly call here for the previous home owner. Come on--i don't need this. My message tells specifically who lives here and his name is not Bennett!

This number keeps calling me and suggest that I had a ticket that has been turned over to them, they claim they're a collection agency. I have called DMV and I don't have any outstanding tickets.
