Do you know the company name?  this person Monica called me

I also received a call from Monia - but she would not tell me what her company wanted or what they did.  hmmm

CALLS ALL THE TIME, LEAVES NO MESSAGE. CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND HEARD A MESSAGE TO LEAVE FOR MONICA ALSO

Same number called here asking about my neighbors. I can guarantee that this is a collection company going to extremes to try and embarass or reach the neighbors! Person was very rude to me when I said I was shocked that they would randomly contact neighbors. She said they do it all of the time!
