I got a call from this number. They called several times today and will not leave a voice mail. Now they are paging me. I can't find the number in the att directory online.

They keep calling for someone that doesn't live here, i told them wrong number several times

They keep calling and leave no message.  I called the number and asked why they were calling.  They wanted to know if I was in Missouri and if I knew a certain person. I asked if they were a collection agency and they didn't reply just to give their number to me.

They called a family member of mine incessantly, but would not divulge any information.  Finally, my family member got them to give him a phone number to reach them. My family member was not going to give them any information without receiving any; we have been victims of account theft several times.  I called the number and was greeted derisively by "Michelle".  At first Michelle refused to even say who she was affiliated with, etc.  I finally was told that she is with ACP, and that she has "sensitive information".  I told her that if she couldn't even tell me what "ACP" stood for then I couldn't help her, and hung up.

Called asked "is this the Doe home?" I said, Yes. He replies,"John Doe?" I said No. He said "OK sorry about that Have a nice day" I stopped him said. That is odd What is this about?" he said I'm sorry I was looking for a John DOE Jr that works for xyz company" then hung up with me..... The truth is... My husband's name is "Bob Doe Jr" His uncles name is John different Last name. The man Knew were we lived, I know this because I called him back. He told me if I'm not related than he cant talk to me, that He was with DCS wouldn't tell me who they were. I'm going to keep calling HIM back till I find out what he knows and who he is. This is my FAMILY, How do I not know if hes some spy trying to get my family for knowledge they may have about something. Something from when they were in the military. People shouldn't do things like that. Call the wrong woman practically threatening her family. How did they know what they did. He knew way to much to NOT be trying to get a hold of my family. whats the deal. Fight back call them back. Get answers we all need to work together. If they are legit ok then. But they are not. enough said.
