I got a call from this number and the woman was very rude and demanding. She demanded my name first before she would tell her's and we went around, and around until she said she was with a company out of san antonio or houston.

Any how they are a collection company who seems to own all of these number and she was trying to colllect on a student loanthat i defaulted on 15 years ago. Since then the goverment has given up trying to collect it and sold it to this company.

Now if they trap you into saying that you will set up a payment plan etc, then they have you trapped into paying the debt plus the past interest etc, etc so the company can make a lot of money off you.

Now the thing is they will send you letters saying that they are going to do this and that etc, and it will go on your credit report.

Well it has been off my credit report for 5 years now and they cant put it back on and the gov sent me a letter saying that they stopped collecting. So dont fall for the crap.

I received a call from this number and I don't answer calls I don't recognize. Yet they've called several times. The gentleman's name was Paul Hatcher. He wouldn't say where he was calling from and therefore I politely hung up in his face. He went around the bush with me and would only say that he was calling from Texas. That meant nothing to me therefore I gave him no information.
