this is a collection agency regarding a very old student loan.  wanted to take a financial statement from me to see if i "qualified" for a special program to repay the loan without penalty nor interest.  used my sister's name a a contact verification.

said lots of things but would not explain what the "qualified program" was until i gave her a financial statement ... which ain't going to happen!

Calling my relatives, boyfriend and now calling my direct line at work.
I have asked them to cease & desist. They are telling whom ever answers that they are a nurse and trying to get in touch with me. Asking personal information. They are down right intrusive, ignorant and dishonest. They are asking for a law suit. Anyone else want to join in suit against them????

stated that they wanted to set up a payment plan on a student loan (that is 10 or more years old).  they threatened me with wage garnishment and asked me for my social security number and date of birth (which i did not give them).
