DCS  Diversified Collection Services

Lady calls and is looking for a very distant relative of mine.  Says they left me as a contact which I find hard to believe.  Did some research and this number belongs to a DCS  Diversified Collection Services.  This is a medical debt collection agency.
I told her I didn't know how to contact this person and she basically called me a liar.  I hung up.

The last complaint I filed with the FCC cost AT&T $20 Million!!

Question about telephone calls. I keep getting calls from area code 325 by DCS a collection Agency in San Angelo TX.
 I talked with the Mgt. Asked them to stop calling. Today again I get a call talked with the guy asked to speak with management.
   He said I have a right to call anyone. I said to him do you want to prove that point in a court of law. “My Lawyer is hungry can he have you for lunch?”

They have been calling me everyday since Jul 2008!.
 Now today something really STRANGE!!!

  After the callback I get another call unknown phone number. Next on my phone and on the Telephone Records
    The entire Telephone Transaction Log is ERASED!!!!

  Who is powerful enough to get into the Telephone System and erase telephone logs?
    The Government Police or Federal Agencies? AmDocs with the Billing System?
      Gangsters running operations within the Phone Company or the Mossad.?
 
   The guy did this after I reminded him to remove my phone from the list. I told him
     My lawyer would like to have him for lunch. He said “We can do what we want”
      I said “Would you like to challenge this viewpoint in a court of law?”

   He then did something after the phone call to erase the telephone transactions  
     Off of my cell phone and off of the telephone logs of the phone company!!!.

   It is now as if the phone transaction did not occur!!

   Anybody have information on who is this Company DCS out of San Angelo Texas?
    They appear to be a collection agency. Looks like a front for something else with
     Ability to modify telecommunications records.

  The first call will show the actual phone number and then an unknown phone call comes
   Next that erases the entire telephone records!!!

  Another strange event in August took a trip to San Francisco , Drove to Lake Tahoe.
   I get another one of these calls here. I  see a guy near me in a hotel. Talking on the
    Phone said This is the last place the guy is now seen. Someone can come Lake
    Tahoe and then disappear.  Later took a boat trip on the Lake here again DCS from
     San Angelo Texas calls again.  Next day take a hike up to a mountain top again
      DCS calls me again in the middle of the Forest. Seem like the calls are used to
   Track my locations. They claim they are a collection agency looking for some deadbeats.
    At this point I do not buy it!!

eg. 325-224-6126 look for 325-224-xxxx numbers used many different numbers in the
last four digits. This is one of the phone numbers that has called me a lot!!


The Management of DCS is out of Control I urge you to deal with them prior to having
To Encounter a  Major Class Action Lawsuit.!!!

I WORKED FOR THEM IN SAN ANGELO THEY ARE A  3RD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY THAT SPECIALIZES IN DEFAULTED STUDENT LOANS AND IN MEDICAL COLLECTIONS.  AS FOR THE PHONE RECORDS BEING ERASED NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THAT. BUT WHO KNOWS.  THEIR MAIN OFFICE IS OUT OF OREGON UNLESS THEY MOVED IT TO THE OTHER LOCATION IN CALIFORNIA. IT WAS ONCE A VERY RESPECTED AGENCY UNTIL IT WAS BOUGHT OUT BY CORPORATE MONEY

This company is herrassing me on my pre pain unlisted phone for a student loan my ex husband created. I haven't been with him in excess of seven and a half years. I have nothing to do with him and don't get my child support either.

I am sick, have multiple sclerosis of the blood brain barrier, with that said, anyone in the medical field knows how bad it is for my health and my life not to get me upset and worked up.  It would suck to have a brain hemerage in the middle of this.

They keep calling the number I just got with in the last two months. I don't have anything to do with my ex, and they herrass me an yell at me as if I do. The only place my phone number was available to was the irs.

One of the guys assigned to my ex's collection case used to work for the irs, this makes me wonder if my documents are as protected as we think. I thought it was against the law to look up my federal tax info with out my permission to herrass me about my ex, even after I tell you I don't know where he is, then they are mad because I can't tell them what they want to hear.

When I try to get to an officer of the company, they just keep transferring me to this one lady who is relentlessly ignorant, mean and demeaning on the phone.

I'm not going to lie to make them happy then incriminate myself for not telling the truth. I have nothing to do with him and want them to leave me alone.

isn't what they did illegal. I just want what's left of my life peaceful.
