I get calls at my office from this number at least once every day.  No one is on the other end.  Very annoying.

I just received a call from this number stating it was Urgent for Dominion East Ohio.  They advised I had an account they needed to review before they could set anything up.  I will call them back but I found it very strange considering that I do not have an account with them and am not in need of gas service.

Amanda just called our office and wanted to talk to the person who handles our Dominion East Ohio account.  Of course that person isn't available!!!  So she leaves a message that says that she needs to go over last months bill, there are some adjustments that need to be made...leaves her name, phone # and extension and when I ask for the company name she hangs up...why??? because they are scammers....that's why!!!!

Constantly receive calls every day - they state please call us back, this is Dominion re: your gas bill, have your statement in your hand this is urgent

They call here every day claiming it is urgent.  We've already asked them to take our name off their list yet they still call every day.  We do not have any Dominion bills on file here.  Each location handles their own bills.  Even if we did I'd find it very strange that she would wish for me to have our bill on hand before I called her back.  They are trying to trick people into switching their gas carrier and I found out that it ends up costing people more as far as the ones that fall for it.  Next time they call I am going to say "nope" and hang up.

It is not actually Dominion that is calling you.  They are scammers trying to trick you into switching gas carriers.

They call 2-3 times each day at my work with their "urgent" need to go over the gas bill. They always use "Dominion" to get your attention and state that they can lower your bill.

Received a call for my company's Columbia Gas account saying it was urgent, when I called back with the extension provided this person wasn't available.  My company has a Columbia Gas rep who is not aware of any issue with our account.

Same Call:  (330) 238 - 4530, Tonya extension '41'.  Have had 12 calls in a month telling me it is urgent to have my Dominion East Ohio Gas bill in my hand, that 'adjustments need to be made'.  While the caller leaves a message, the 30 second 'beep' sound is going off in the background indicating the recording of the call.  So far, my answering machine has screened all these calls.  I wrote an email to Dominion and they indicated it is a firm trying to get me to switch gas suppliers - but the company name is never left in the message.

FYI, if you have a scammer that keeps calling & harassing you.  Report them!  Guaranteed way to get them to stop calling you, answer your phone:  911 What's your emergency.  That get's their attention.  And tell them this line is 911 emergency, please stop calling.   It keeps scammers from calling you again!
