two calls so far this morning, the first one got me out of bed on a Saturday morning!  Pick up the phone to answer and get a hang up in return.  The caller ID shows Synchrony, and he area code indicates Canton, Ohio

That bank issues credit cards, both branded and in its own name.

Repetitive phone calls on both home phone and cell phone during AM, PM and HS - unable to identify source -

It is Gap credit card. They were calling because I'd forgotten to pay them. Fair enough.

Called at least 5 times no answer on line then hang up

Automated message.  Caller ID says synchrony bank.  I answer and the machine says it’s synchrony bank with Gap card services.  To call a 888 number or go to eservices.gap.com. This automated message has called before.  If I don’t answer no message is made to voicemail.  Get this though, I don’t have a gap card!!!

These guys are relentless. Pay your credit card on time, otherwise you will get multiple calls a day until they get their $27 monthly minimum payment.
