Keep calling my cell and do not want them call me again.

keep getting calls almost every day 1 or 2 in the early morning - no one ever answers if I pick.
    If anyone knows how to stop this it would be appreciated

They call 10 times a day on both our home phone and our cell phone, and never say a word.

We got a call yesterday that we missed. They left a message saying that this was Belk Reward Credit Card Services from Synchrony. We do NOT have a current Belk's credit card, but we have had one in the past. They requested a call back at the number 1-800-347-1170. When I called this number back, the automated message said that they matched my phone number with my account, and then they asked for our card or account number. When I did not enter a number, they said they could not authenticate the account, so to list the last four digits of the social security number of the owner of this account. I listed mine, and they then asked for my entire social security number, WHICH I DID NOT GIVE. This automated message said that if the account is delinquent, then this is an attempt to collect funds.Then they transferred me to an agent, a female, whom I asked why they had called, that we don't have a Belk's card. She started saying that this number may have been called in error.
I told her to take us off her calling list, that they were listed online as being a scam/fraud/fake collection agency.

She wasn't necessarily a representative of the real company. This sounds like a scam; some of these posts are from people who don't even have this credit card yet these people asked them for their information. In that case I wouldn't expect politeness.

BEWARE!  DO NOT RESPOND to them! Instead, call the legitimate number you have for this card. I suspect these anus orifices only want you to think they're from that company.

After all, look around on these posts. One day they're Belk/GE Credit and the next they're Mason Elevator Company. I suspect they've hijacked the Mason Elevator Company telephone number, but Mason could also be a scam for all we know.

I wish I could tell them/their shills who are reading that, if and when we sign up for Do Not Call lists or press whatever to be removed from their call list, this means we will NEVER want whatever they're pushing, which also means they're wasting their time calling that number. Yet they are opportunistic human viruses, and they will try anyway, just in case they're able to get through.

This is yet another indication that they are NOT from the real company.

FINALLY got this phone # to answer my return call !! IT is from BELK , seems my grand daughter has not been paying bill on time and they want pmt !! so , I think if this # is calling YOU , then you owe I think it's 'SNYCHRONY' bank who has the BELK acct ...

This number calls me several times a day. I do not have good cell reception where I live, so even though I can receive calls, I am not able to answer them without the call being dropped. For this reason, I wait for anyone that calls to leave a voicemail. This number never leaves a voicemail, but continues to call me. I have looked into it and although I do have a Belk account and this number is registered to Belk, I have never received any calls from this number until recently and I find it odd that whomever is calling never leaves a voicemail.

I got a call from this number 330-433-5831, and I tried to call them, the phone is always busy.

They keep calling my house 3 times on Saturday morning, caller id says synchrony. Several calls on caller id yesterday, no message

You've just exposed your parents to yet more unwanted callers by publishing their phone number. I've reported your comment so that Admin can redact it.

800Notes is not a messaging service. 800Notes does not send alerts to your callers when you post here, a complaint website with public access. You must direct your complaints to the sources of your unwanted calls.

They keep calling and hanging up on me!

I get calls from 330-433-5831 every day, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. It says it's from Synchrony. I googled Synchrony to find out what it is--it's a bank, and they said they have no idea why I'm being called. It's an automated call that says nothing. I'm sick of my phone ringing.

I'm getting these calls. How did you make them stop? They are driving me nuts.

I have a paid off Belk card, and I'm getting these calls all day long, just like you described. How did you get them to stop calling?

Four to five calls a day, this afternoon I answered the phone and they quickly hung up the phone. Here's the number (330) 433-5831. This is the name that comes up on the screen
( SYNCHRONY).

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
