I've received 1-2 calls per night, 3-4 times per week for the past 2 months. I never get a message. It's annoying as hell. How would i take action against them?

I have been receiving 2-3 call per day for the last three days. Just called them at 1-330-492-2913, spoke to a female named Liz. She was very polite, and told me she would remove my name from the call list. However, she asked me if I wanted to renew my subscription to Phila. Magazine, which just expired, to a really low rate. I told her no and she said my name would be removed within 24 hours. We'll see what happens.

Continued calls . will not stop calling.

We receive on average 4-5 calls each day.  Please stop these annoying calls.  

We have been receiving calls from this, so called, company for abour 2 months.  3,4,5 times a day some days.  They are picked up by our answering machine.  We will never answer them personally.  We are registered on both the state and national "Do Not Call" lists.  My next step is to report this firm to the Attorney General and let him prceed from there.

I would like to report annoying phone calls from this person.  

I have already placed my number on the do not call list, but I keep getting calls from this number. I want it to stop!!!

People, please, stop asking to not be called, this site is to just mention who is calling you and from what company. If you are being called it is either because you used your number for a magazine subscription,  or possibly someone who had your number previously. If you call the number listed above they will remove you, no questions asked. I just called them, took less than 3 minutes and there were no questions asked. The do not call list does not apply to them as they are merely using a number that they were provided at some point in the past.

They violated the Do Not Call list when they called me a few minutes ago.
Did not want to leave a message, so is now blocked.

No, I did not sign up for a magazine subscription (as if that made a difference), and we have had this number for many years, we have had no prior business relationship with them, and I do not want to return the call from a scammer!

I have more than 250 numbers on my Blocked list and EBSCO is by far the most obnoxious. They have called 13 times in the last 11 days. I have them blocked with one ring and I keep a count. My wife subscribes to at least 15 magazines and renews them all the time, but from the publishers. Can't understand why they keep pestering us. Pigs.

I was receiving "hang-up" phone calls also from 330-492-2913.  I took the suggestion, called them back and spoke with Nicole.  She verified my phone number - only for me to then realize this was a service for a free magazine I receive "Workforce" that I do wish to continue receiving at work.  Evidently the issue is with their dialer system, people aren't meaning to drop the call - the system was doing this.

I hate the interruption of these persistent & annoying solicitations -- if I choose to but periodicals --I will do so independent of a EBSCO pressure and unwelcome calls--back off - do not want the products
