Left 2 messages saying they were IRS & were going to sue! Scam! Blocked!

Left two voicemails saying final notice from IRS lawsuit against me.

Left message that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me - final notice.  My sister works for the IRS Tax department!!!  SCAM!!!

Got a call today and they left a message claiming to be the final notice from IRS, as you all reported. Our phone number is in Don't-call-list.

If this were the real IRS, your being on the DNC list wouldn't apply to them as they aren't telemarketers. However, since this is actually a scammer calling, they just don't care you're on the list. Try a call blocker.
