A robotic voice says: "Property those are being monitored and its very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal manner.  The callback number is 330-954-6950."
This made me laugh, so thanks for that.
It may be a coincidence, but this call came less than 30 seconds after another call from someplace in Connecticut.  Needless to say, they are both blocked.

Reading "IRS Reports New Twist to Phone Scams", apparently the full message should have been "This recorded message is to notify you that IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you. Right now you and your physical property are being monitored and it's very important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed further in any legal matter."  This was followed by the callback number.  Like most of these scams, there are several phone numbers being used from several different states.

Got a threatening msg from this number about an accoint orsomething

SCAM! Notify FTC if contacted. Get these lowlife frauds behind bars. They tried to scam my 85 yo Mother.

Got the same message on same date.
My attorneys office said is a scam.
