This person claims to be a family member and has called me and has called my mom. Some how he knows all our names, Later he calls saying that he had a car accident and if we can wire him some money, Just like all the other stories on here.

He's probably using somekind of app so he can't be traced

This guy also claims he is a family member I talked to my relatives and it was a fraud, be careful if you receive any phone calls from him.

My Grandfather received a phone call from this number yesterday (331-322-7729) and said he was a family member of his from Mexico and claimed he was going to come visit with him, my Grandfather thought nothing suspicious of this and was telling me he had a long-lost family member coming from Mexico to visit him. I followed up by asking well "what's his name", my Grandfather didn't know his name and I just got a weird feeling he didn't know who he was talking to. So I Googled the number and ended up here and it appears to be a scam of sort. I reported the number to my local Police Department and told my Grandparents to not give any of their information out to anybody!

The scammers speak in Spanish.

Makes me sick how some of these scumbags try to prey on the elderly.

This guy called today saying he was a family member, and after my mother said she was going to report him to the police he threatened to kill her. This sick individual needs to be put in jail ASAP!!!
