    Not sure why you suspect a scam.  Call back gets NYU Langone Health.  Goes on to say that the number is not monitored and if you have questions about an upcoming appt, you should contact your doctor's office or login to MyChart for more information.  As MikeHuntleton pointed out this could be just a wrong number or the number could be spoofed but if you have an upcoming appt, this may be a reminder.
