Received 2 calls from this number and they left voice mails stating there was complaint filed against me. Left a case number but nobody identified themselves.

Called again using name CCR. Said they're making lots of money. Admitted to me to be scamming people.

Two days of calls. No message.

Same for me. No identification but said a case number and that there were two charges against me and since they haven't reached me, they'd find me at my place of employment or place of residence or I could discuss with the client", but didn't mention who that was. I live in Virginia and I have no clue what this is. I think it's a scam. I don't have any charges or claims to be discussed. The non-identification of them or the client leaves me to believe it's a scam. Also, calling back, I got a VM greeting that said "nobody is available to take your call. Please try again later"

same as other victims; a case against me, will be contacting me at my place of employement.

W same thing happens to they trying to get me

they keep calling me telling me they are some federal collection company and they are serving me with papers to appear in court this was surposed to be back in 2010 when this happen i already called the federal people and they are aware of it said it was a scam

They are scam artist. Hang up! They need money so they call people they think that's stupid to send them your hard earned money. Bye clowns

They called me. I said I would like to have a meeting at a location of my choice ASAP to end this harassment.

Rec'd the same telephone call 2 times yesterday,with vm and again this morning,w/vm . I called them back to see what it was about when i asked him why didn't they just send me the court papers so i could plead my case if there is one they said that's why they are calling me. So i politely told him to go to HE__.

I know this is a scam, the Feds will find you

Just called me today and said it's a payday loan I gave a fake check to and knew an old bank of mine. Said I have a payoff so the won't send charges.

Receive several call the last fridayin the noon and they leave umpleasant threatening message with scornfully, please do not disturb more to call my number,they find me at my place Of residente por place Of employment, I THINK IT'S SCAM.nobody is available ,and they will have to find 90% Of the population debt  examples: hospitals villa, credit cards,car loan and more

I had it happen to me today 3 times called the police and told them if they want money I'll see them in court and sue them

Said I owed from a payday loan from ACE taken out in 2010.  I  informed them that I had paid in full documentation and had talked to the company since I had gotten a call a few months ago and could fax them or email them the letter.  They said I never paid and could not show proof of payment would have to go to court and hung-up on me.  They are trying to scam people, don't pay them.

My husband received a automated call for me with my maiden name saying that they were trying to file some type of claim against me.  They left a reference number and said they would be in contact with my residents and my employer if I failed to contact them back.  I called right away and an automated answering machine picked up and put me on hold.  A man answered and I asked what company it was.  He wouldn't say.  I asked what they did there and he said the complete claim files, I again asked for who?  He didn't say.  I laughed and he broke character and said, "whats so funny?"  Then he hung up on me.  TOTAL SCAM!

They called my mother in law's number looking for me, wouldn't give her a chance to say anything and hung up. I called them back, after being hung up on several times and then finally getting a "Mr. Davis" who said that he couldn't mail me a copy of the summons and wished me the best of luck. It is a legal right that you have to request to ask for proof or a copy to be mailed to you. He wanted me to verify my SSN and I wouldn't and then he hung up in my face.
