We received several calls from this same caller -- the first two, they didn't say anything for a bit and we hung up.  This last time, they said they were from Microsoft and were calling because they found many errors in our computer system.  He asked me to go to the computer and sign on, and then go to Google to bring up a website so he could fix the errors.  The only reason I kept him talking was to get as much information as possible.  We recently bought a new computer and I am wondering if they got the customer listing from Dell.  This is absolutely a SCAM, so do not follow their directions!  It needs to be reported to both Microsoft and Dell.

Got call from this number 2 times today....334-756-7810    comes up unknown and then Frances Dozier...but when you call back it says it is not in service!!!!   Indian accent too when guy said hello and I said nothing...

We just got 2 calls from this number.  Caller ID is Frances Dozier.  I did not answer the calls.

Just received a call from this number, again. They call about once a day. Never leave a message. I am adding to my blocked callers list.

I also got a call from this number today at 12:05pm A person pretending to be
a Microsoft Technician. Wanted me to turn on my computer now, to remove
the Adware they claim to notice on my computer. I also heard others in the
background talking. Do not log in on your computer. Don't give them any
information over the phone.

I sure hope they would try something like that to me!!  I am a computer technician with over 33 years of experience.  First thing I would do is trace the call (hoping it is a VOip) then I would tracert their system.  Next, I would show them just how vulnerable their system is for the stupidity of even running a crap Operating System such as Windoze in the first place!

I don't use Windoze, nor am I a Mac user...... I run Linux and have since '93!!

I haven't answered this time around. And have received. Several calls a day, all times of day and night. Very annoying. But last time -different number- I got the Microsoft speech, from a heavy Indian accent man. I said "Oh really?" He thought he had me on his hook. He tried to reel me in with a bunch of technical jargon. I said" well I just don't know how that is possible"
Of course he reassured me that it was indeed possible... more tech talk. And I then said, "But I don't ow a computer" He hung up and I laughed my ass off. I wasted at least 15 minutes of his time letting him explain it all to me. My laptop was in the shop, awaiting a new harddrive to come in.

This Indian guy is a scam.  He keeps calling my house.  Caller ID says Frances Dozier. He said he works for Microsoft.  He told me that several times.  And Microsoft got a message that I have errors on my computer.  He told me to turn my computer on and he would walk me though how to fix the errors.   I said "Which computer".  He said how many do you have?  I said "three".  He then asked if they were connected through a router.   I told him that I am not interested and asked for HIS NUMBER to call back if he was from Microsoft.  I knew there was something shady going on.  DO NOT TURN ON YOUR COMPUTER FOR THIS GUY.  They have called MANY times to my house.  When you call the number back, it says it is not in service.  Getting fed up with these calls.  

334-756-7810 is a scammer trying to get control of your computer.  Make a game of it and see how long you can string him along.. They cannot stay in business if we take up all of their time. Do not execute anything he ask and provide no credible information.  Complain about how long it takes the computer to boot and have him wait for a couple of minutes, When he talks about errors, bring up some incredible problems and try to get him to explain them.
