    Constant calls from this number on both mine and the wife's cells, also on landline.  Been unable to determine who this is.

    Multiple times a day this number calls my cell phone. I answer it and they stay on the line for a moment and then hang up. Very annoying. Will be blocking number as of today.

    This number called for my mom stating it was a business matter, was she available. A SCAM. any kind of business matter is not supposed to call you before 9AM if I am correct. Didn't listen to anything I said. I told her my mom is in a SNF. She just said we will try back later. I was like no you won't, and hung up!

    No, you are not correct.  Calls are allowed to be made from 8 am to 9 pm your time per Federal Law.
