Definitely a Collection Agency although they are a law firm but they cannot serve any other purpose in life but to harass people and add misery to their already stressed lives by aggressively pursuing to make money for themselves and large corporations. Such as AMX, VISA, Bank of America that received the public funds to survive so these parasites can continue to exist.

Getting unwanted calls from this company, want to block any further calls.

If your stupid brock and Scott could prove one owes what they claim they owe then it would be legit,,,,you worked for Junk Debt Collectors who can't prove squat! No wonder people report them to Rip Off.com!!!! Junk debt buyers live up to their names.....Junk!!!! You are a perfect example!!!

I am sure they were still working for the operation at the time of their post.

What if they don't give you a court date? They go to court and then you get the Judgement by Default in the mail the next day after they have filed in the court?

Now my letter says "Unless we hear from you within 15 days from the date of this letter, we may recommend to our client that an Execution be forwarded to the Sheriff in Berkeley County and instructing the Sheriff to levy against your personal or real property to satisfy this judgement."

They can't do that. They are breaking the law stating "They will send a sheriff to your door to garnish wages and take property". It's a scare tactic. When you court date comes up (By law they have to send you the info, and the court will send you the info) show up and fight it. Ask them for verification, validation, then ask for a chain of ownership. The judge will grant your wish and then B/S will have to find the debt chain of ownership. That would be so much work that they'll just dismiss it most likely.

If you are truly from that agency you just wrote a post that would be ILLEGAL if stated to someone on the phone. I suggest you stop misrepresenting your firm.
