    It's not; you're a lying liar who lies (and shills).  Debt collectors can't serve you, it's illegal for them to claim they can, and law enforcement won't call and tell you ahead of time - and that's IF they'd serve for this sort of thing.

    What practices are off limits for debt collectors?

    Harassment. Debt collectors may not harass, oppress, or abuse you or any third parties they contact. For example, they may not:

    use threats of violence or harm;
    publish a list of names of people who refuse to pay their debts (but they can give this information to the credit reporting companies);
    use obscene or profane language; or
    repeatedly use the phone to annoy someone.

    False statements. Debt collectors may not lie when they are trying to collect a debt. For example, they may not:

    falsely claim that they are attorneys or government representatives;
    falsely claim that you have committed a crime;
    falsely represent that they operate or work for a credit reporting company;
    misrepresent the amount you owe;
    indicate that papers they send you are legal forms if they aren’t; or
    indicate that papers they send to you aren’t legal forms if they are.

    Debt collectors also are prohibited from saying that:

    you will be arrested if you don’t pay your debt;
    they’ll seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages unless they are permitted by law to take the action and intend to do so; or
    legal action will be taken against you, if doing so would be illegal or if they don’t intend to take the action.

    So you're posting from within your county jail cell right now? Gosh, what a sweetheart sheriff you have, letting you keep your mobile device and freely use the station wi-fi. Why don't you open a Twitter feed while you're at it so you can report every few minutes about life as an American debtor behind bars? Maybe you'll get a write-up in Parade or Readers' Digest.

    I envy you more because "the State of Texas" has some pretty good laws protecting you from bad debt collector behavior. But I shouldn't have to tell you more, since you already live there and you can probably mount your entire defense without leaving that jail cell.

    Well, thats a *awful*, and I stress the word awful, tall tale! Next time you tell a story I'd like to hear the tale of Paul Bunyon and Babe the blue ox!  Meanwhile I think I need to go get my hip waders on to wade through all the male cow bowel matter being spewed here by the shills!

    Texas has a saying: "Ya know that road you came in here on?  Well, it goes out the same way!  I'll even put the first tank of gas in for your trip out!"

    DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS, shill!

    If the state of Texas sent law enforcement after you, it's be because you were caught in your scam. As many others have said, Texas doesn't grow stupid. Pity the same can't be said for whatever armpit you came from.
