Let's ring 4 times and hangs up.  Whitepages.com shows high risk fraud or scam.

Show up as TX C.O. POL on caller Id. Hi this Fred, How are you? I'm calling on behalf of all Disabled Veterans.... Can we count on you to support us?   Make up your mind Fred, are you soliciting for Law Enforcement or Veterans?  All SCAMS....beware.

Call center noise, then "Fred" said he was with Veterans of America, sounded like a robocall but said he was live. So told him I was dead, but thanks anyway. Caller ID said "TX C.O. POL"
