Oh and we gave NO info and told them to serve the papers they threatened us with.  Called FTC and they assured us that these [***] didn't have banking info since all they read off was last four of social.  Once again THEY DO HAVE INFO.  FTC is wrong.

To top it all he has an Indian accent and is quite violent over the phone.

My spouse had someone from this number tell her he was an attorney.  If anyone says that to you, ask for his bar number and the name of any and all state(s) in which he is admitted to practice.

My spouse is being harrassed at work.  It is a burden on the clerical staff there.  Thank you for the phone number for the FTC.  I will follow up.

This company is calling my employers number.  What other steps can be taken?

They called me,too. Now, I know the IRS does not make phone calls about money owed. l decided to play along. They told me to go to Walmart and get a money order for $500, they will call me back and tell me where to send it. I figure it's going to be a P O Box number,which is not really going to help much. Won't they be surprised when they don't get any money!!! Maybe I'll send them a little message! I have contacted the FTC and local police.
