who is this annoying caller

Been getting this same call, and having "dead air" when I pick up.  Then it just disconnects.

Received multiple calls from this number offering a 100 dollar walmart or target voucher, I called back and conferenced the call with their hold music and acted like I was another employee having phone problems. The idiot rep gave me some good info and said to get Harls Mchone on Skype and he was the IT person to help fix the issue. I Googled Harls Mchone and his name appeared for Ripoff report website that listed many employee complaints for a company called JMB marketing group with an owners name, address and phone number: Owner Jon Goldstein, JMB marketing group 5887 Glenridge Drive, Suite 400 Atlanta, GA 30328 and his personal phone number which I called and had a fun time with.....He admitted this is infact the company that makes those calls but said his company is an opt out company which is a load of BS....14045001303......go to ripoff report website to confirm. Called and said they were Home Depot and looking to know what home improvements I was looking to do within the next 5-6 months.  When I said that I wasn't looking to do a thing, they said thank you and hung up.

Do 5 things.  

1. Make or get a Silent ringtone - 15-18 seconds of silence.
2.  Make a new contact.  Give it a name "Ignore Call"
3. Assign the Silent ringtone to that contact
4.  Edit this contact and add 347-329-4437 as one of its phone numbers
5.  Never answer an "unknown" call or a call from a number you do not know.  Just google the number.  If it is unwanted, add it to the Ignore Call list of numbers.  It will automatically have the silent ringtone.

You will only be bothered once by any of these numbers.

Male with accent, a lot of noisy talk in the background, says it will only take 30 seconds.  Says it rudely.
When I say sorry, no, he goes into a barrage of foul language and threats of what he will do to me.
Number is 347-329-4437 but he has called from other numbers too.

A man with an Indian accent calls looking for a particular resident.  He asks all about her car information. When you say you don't know (lying), starts asking about your car information (and seems to have relevant info). Then asks too many questions and if you say you want info in the mail, he says you need to answer these questions first.

Now he calls back looking for me and not the initial resident, my mother. We have since asked him not to call back, people with that last name do not live here.

They said they were a remodeling company and called me by name. I just said I do not need any remodeling and hung up.

I found that I can set the incoming calls from this number to go directly to Vmail....no ring at all.

I get calls twice a day from this #347-329-4437 no one answer, just a message that said Good Bye. I'm in State do not call list.

This number has been calling me everyday this week for an auto insurance quote (the call back number is for a walmart giftcard) which clearly shows its a scam. today I recognized the number, answered & said stop calling. a man asked me how much I would charge him for one night.. I hung up after asking him to repeat himself to make sure I heard correctly.. I'm not sure how they found my number or my name to go with it.

When I answered the caller hung up.

some one calling from the bronx,queens area,tried to call back and the operator says this number is no longer in service or disconected,sounds like a scam or [***] bill collecters,i wich they wound drop dead.

Hi y'all and Happy Saint Patrick's Day!  Thanks 4 all the posts!  I already do the Add (Create a new Contact) to Contacts but I am havin' trouble on how to personalize the contact by turnin' off the ring on our BlackBerry devices so I don/t lose the ring for legit calls!  :-(

i have asked them repeatedly not to call, seems like this jerk likes to just aggravate because he will turn right around and call again.

That Avery name is fake just like the callers. They have been calling me for a year with several scams from several numbers. With the use of phone services like Magic Jack, some creep from halfway across the world can call and make you think they are local.

they are calling to sell some kind of insurance, either home or car.  they call me everyday even though I have told them not to call again and I am on the no call list.  they are foreign and cannot speak english very well.  they hang up when I start to question them.

Do Not answer this number. Scam. They keep changing their phone number.

I use a Samsung galaxy 3.  I put the caller on block so every time the call is blocked. I also get a call from
000-000-0000 I also block that one.

I have repeatedly asked this number to stop calling my phone to no avail. They have been calling me for over three months. What are me reprocussions if they continue to call me???
