They say that there working witj the IRS. and that i had a warrant out for my arrest because i had errors on my tax returns. said they would see me in cour and im under federal investigation. oh and they were sending the police out to my address.

They left a voice mail message saying they only wanted to advise me about a lawsuit filed on my name.

They said that they are calling from IRS and would like me or my attorney to call back

The are saying, they are an officer of the The US Tax service, IRS and they have a  warrant out for my arrest because i owe them tax.

This is not the IRS. I received a call from a “lieutenant” saying that I’m under an audit from the IRS and the filed a lawsuit for tax evasion Indian or middle eastern accent. I cussed him out- abd told him I already checked this number and he’s under investigation for making fraudulent phone calls and that I worked for the IRS. He cussed me out back and told me to F off. Enough said.
I just hope no one falls for this scam. He asked for one of my children. Not for me.

A man calling himself office Steven White from the IRS was informing me of a lawsuit filed on my name.

A man called as Steven White from the IRS to inform me of a law suit filed in my name. Asked me to call back immediately and to not try and disregard this message (LOL).
