Unknown number.  No message.  Fourth different number to call me today.  Added to my "Ignore" list.

Called at 9:30 AM CST and I didn't know the number so I let it go to voicemail. There was a 30 second message left but nothing said directly to my voicemail, I could just hear talking in the background, at least two different people, sounded like a business. The caller ID stated the call was from New York, NY and I am in Texas...so kinda odd.

Lady with accent called. I couldn't understand most of what she was saying because she was mumbling.  Something about business prequalified for loan or something.

Got a call on this number for NC Financial, I asked why they are calling a number that is a registered "do not call number", she said her boss told her to call in a Chinese accent!
