I just recently received a voicemail telling me to call this number but they called from a number starting in 0. They used a friends name and told me that I could be charged because of her fraud towards PCS, no doubt a company they made up. Well I called this Peter Jones with an extreme accent but a super english name (no offense) and I told him I would call the police he told me to do so but then I told him that he couldnt charge me with anything and assured him the cops would be involved of course he hung up. SMH I dont appreciate being harassed! This is the second time that something like this has happened to me. The last time I really thought I was in some kind of trouble and was balling my eyes out and stressing when I was with child around the same time last year. You cant charge anyone with someone else's wrong doings with just a name and a number as a reference.

Same exact thing happened to me!! I am reall sick of these [***] sobs taking millions off of hard working Americans like myself!! I have already contacted the FBI, FTC, and Maryland States Attorney General's office!! Please don't feed into their scam!

got a call today from the same guy saying I would be in serious legal trouble if I did not respond to collection efforts. Said he had my s.s.# and driver's license # and could go to jail because of a past due loan that I did not get!! What a scam!

I know same thing just happened to me. Wish this would stop.

I've been harrassed by this man name John Paul, an Indian national who left a message that I'll be sued for an unpaid loan which I knew not existed. He also called my manager but she told him we will contact the police about this scam. He is scaring me to use my SSN and my driver's licence.

I am reporting this to the Police immediately and let this scambug be punished. This is an Indian National for sure. He should be punished hard and deported for this scam.

This happened to a friend of mine.

What happened was she received a call (today) from, (347) 513-5100 and this VERY heavily accented man "claimed" his name was John Wilson (a name he changes every time). He claimed my friend's friend had some legal money trouble and her name was used as a "family gatherer" or some BS. Don't believe any of it!

They got your name & number somehow from a scam website (probably your friend put your name & number down as a "beneficiary" to receive money on some scam pop-up) and "claim" they have your SS# and Drivers License #. If you call this person back ask them to repeat your SS# and see if he can because I don't believe they have it (if he does THAN REPORT TO POLICE RIGHT AWAY). It's a scam, they want money from you, don't believe it.

These stupid folks just called me again- i asked him to send me correspondence threw the mail and stop calling my job and he called me a [***] M#@F@#$ and asked me did i understand that..ugh..i wish it was something i could do about these people. I looked up PCS and CashNet and it is a place in India. They had some info about it on wikipedia. They had my social but its a digit off.

They called me too.  He claimed he was an attorney, but didnt know what the consumer protection act was.  What a joke.
