I have been getting these for ever. I am so tired of it. They call all hours of the day and night and I am in so much trouble with my employer. I don't know what to do about this anymore. HELP!!!!!!!

I took down as much information as I could and forwarded on this information to the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection.  Debt wasn't legitimate as everyone has noted here.  Get their full name, company name, address, phone number, bar roll number if they identify themselves as an attorney from that state.  You can also verify online with that particular state if the bar roll number is legitimate or not.

I received the same call from this number and I am very tired of the calls. What can I do to stop the calls on my job and home.

recieved call from this number only it came in on my phone 832 519 8180 and they left a stupid msg stating i better call them due to allegations on my ssan-last 4 of course. i just called them back and blessed them out. they still keep calling-in fact the calls started monday the 6th dec and are still coming in. ass........! scammers!! get a real job you jerks!

I got the 1st call today and I ignored it, then immediately called again, so when I picked up the phone the lady claimed it was regarding a card debt, so I asked her the question "is this in regards to an advance", didn't give her a chance to speak, and told her I know you this is a scam and before i knew she hung up on me

Stating that my brother in law owes money and threatens to have him arressted for wire fruad.

As of Thursday, December 16, 2010, I have been receiving a phone call at my job and my cell stating they are attorney. When I ask what this is about they state to me about cash payday loan which has not been paid and you owe $686.50 if you do not pay it now you can go to court, you will be charged with Check Fraud, Company Fraud and all the person has my wrong email address and I had said it and now she tries to used that one and than states if I want to take it to court or not. Than read the affadavit to me and all the information was so false. She stated it is Cash Advance America which I have no clue who this person is at all. I am at lost. They are harrassing me. I had asked to send me information stated she cannot do so and they been sending me emails. It was lies after lies. She has my last four digits of my ssn and my bank account number from what I know of. Please help me.

Yes, I am receiving the same calls since Thursday. Who do i report this to because they are leaving messages on my job and threaten me that they are going to my employer about this.

They are stating I have defraud the company and I do not know what they are stating at all. This message is stated for me..Financial Department she stating. She asking me if I want to make the payment to her client. They leave a message bye bye and God bless you!

I got a voicemail from this number as well.  I could not understand him too well for his accent.  He says his name is Atty William Jones which does not sound like one and said I didn't respond to them so many times which I do not recall any other calls from them.  They said that I will be arrested and such if I didn't call them back. If I didn't call them back was for not ignoring the matter and didn't want it to be resolved.

I to got this call a cpl days ago.. Same long drawn out thing about an afidavid filed in my name.. She said her name was sherry snyder from Financial law division.. her client mark brown would file charges against me.. Wanted to know how i was going to pay the 783$ i supposidly owed.. Wanted my debit card number over the phone.. No way.. She said type this letter that says i authorize such and such to take this amount out of me account and include my card # and copy of my drivers license by end of day or my work would be notified.. didn't send the letter.  Called me yesterday on my cell and work.. left a messege.. i read on here and was ready.. I called her back and i layed into them..  I told her the following... I have retained an attorney.  I will not provide any info to you or your company without written confirmation of debt and confirmation of alleged lawsuit.. I have reported you and your company to the Internet Crime Complaint Center.. (which i did) and about that time she hung up on me!  Have not received anymore calls so far! Fingers Crossed

The exact same thing happened to me, today January 10, 2011 is the most recent call. The lady (heavy indian accent) states this is from an unpaid loan given to me by Cash Advance America and charges have been filed in the Brooklyn County Courthouse.  All lies- don't fall for it!!  The number they're using when calling me is 347-416-5110.
